Nominations Open: Power of Performance Lighting the Way for West Virginia Awards
The Alliance for the Economic Development of Southern West Virginia, WV Community Development Hub and Coalfield Development are teaming up once again to host the Third Annual Small Communities, BIG Solutions Conference, which will be held virtually from Nov. 16 to Nov. 20.
The hosts are already looking for nominations for the 2021 Power of Performance Awards, which honor individuals, organizations, institutions and community leaders that are making positive things happen in their neighborhoods, communities and across the state, specifically in southern West Virginia.
Individuals who are leaders in the following categories are encouraged to submit their success story: Putting People to Work; Revitalizing Communities; or, Changing Lives. There is also a new student track #WVSolutions Seekers – Rising Leader in WV.Awardees will be honored at the Conference.
